Thank you for visiting SHADCO Restoration & Reconstruction. My name is Shadi Khair, Owner and CEO, and I’m honored to welcome you to our extended family of clients and partners. I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself and share the story behind SHADCO.

My journey in construction began at the age of 12, working alongside my father in Bethlehem, West Bank. He owned one of the leading construction firms in the region, and from him, I learned the foundational values of craftsmanship, integrity, and respect—principles that remain at the core of SHADCO today.

After earning a degree in Travel Agency Management from Bethlehem University, I married my wife and legally immigrated to the United States to begin a new chapter. Like many first-generation families, we faced the challenges of adapting to a new country, learning a new language, and starting from scratch. But those challenges became the foundation of my resilience. Through faith, perseverance, and a commitment to building a better future, we planted roots here. Today, I’m proud to say all four of our children were born and raised in the U.S.—and we are grateful to call this community home.

My professional journey in the American construction industry began in 2005, starting on the East Coast in New Jersey and New York. In 2011, we relocated to the Midwest and began serving clients across St. Louis and St. Charles County, Missouri. Then in 2018, backed by more than two decades of experience, I founded SHADCO Restoration & Reconstruction, a family-owned company based in Wentzville, MO.

Early in my restoration career, I worked with several top-tier companies in St. Louis. Through hands-on training and continued education, I earned certifications in water damage, fire and smoke damage, and mold remediation. I used this knowledge to expand SHADCO’s service offerings, transforming us into a full-service provider of restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, and general contracting—serving both residential and commercial clients.

At SHADCO, we understand how stressful and disruptive unexpected damage can be. That’s why we’re committed to delivering more than just high-quality results—we strive to serve our customers with empathy, professionalism, and transparency every step of the way.

We are fully licensed and insured, and our team is trained in industry-standard restoration and safety practices. With a skilled and experienced crew, we provide dependable, detail-oriented service backed by a genuine commitment to customer care.
